UncivのMODはGitHubにある。ゲーム内のMODブラウザはunciv-modタグの付いたリポジトリを検索していて（Github.kt）、カテゴリはunciv-mod-rulesetsなどのGitHubのトピック（ModCategories.json）。

MODの入れ方
- 1メインメニューからMODを開く。左の一覧はGitHubから取得している。
- 2MODを選んでダウンロードする。一覧にないMODは、GitHubのURLを使ってURLからMODをダウンロード。
- 3ルールセットは新しいゲームを始めるときにベースルールセットとして選び、拡張は拡張MODでチェックを入れる。
- 4グラフィックや音楽のMODはmodの音声/画像を常に有効化するにすると、すべてのゲームに適用される。

拡張MODはどのベースルールセットでも使える？
使えないこともある。選んだ拡張MODがベースルールセットに対応していなければ、ゲームが自動で無効化する。

UncivのMODはGitHubからダウンロードするデータファイル（ルールセット・画像・音声）。それでもコミュニティ製なので、使う前にMODのページを読もう。
ゲーム内の一覧にMODが出てこないのはなぜ？
MODブラウザはunciv-modタグの付いたリポジトリしか見つけない。それ以外は「URLからMODをダウンロード」を使う。
