Daily Quests: Full List and Routine

Together, the daily quests are worth more than a day of resource regen. Here's every one, what it asks, and an order that clears them with the least effort.

01

Conclusion

Daily quests reset at 5:00 Japan time. Added up, they're worth roughly 1,740 fuel, 1,460 ammo, 1,920 steel and 1,150 bauxite a day plus buckets and development materials — more than a full day of natural regeneration.

Looking at what each one asks, the efficient order is to accept everything you can before doing anything, then batch them: one cheap sortie session covers the sortie chain, while expeditions, resupply and repairs clear themselves during normal play.

An analysis-based guide: this guide is based on our analysis of the quest list and resource tables on the Japanese KanColle wiki. It describes what the data shows and is not a guarantee of results.

An Efficient Daily Routine

  1. 1Log in after 5:00 JST. Send fleets 2–4 on expeditions first — Dd1/Dd2 tick up while you do the rest.
  2. 2Accept the sortie chain (Bd1, Bd2, then Bd3 and Bd5 as they unlock). You can only have a limited number of quests active at once, so swap in new ones as you finish.
  3. 3Run a cheap fleet on an easy map until Bd3's 10 battles are done. Losses still count for Bd2 and Bd3, so there's no need to bring your best ships.
  4. 4Clear Bd7 on 2-1 or 2-2 with a fleet that reaches the boss reliably — it needs boss wins, not just battles.
  5. 5Do your exercises (Cd1/Cd2). Exercise opponents refresh at 3:00 and 15:00, not 5:00.
  6. 6Repairs and resupply (Ed1/Ed2) happen naturally after the sorties. Resupply ships one by one if you need the count.
  7. 7Finish with the arsenal quests if you have the resources — and skip them on days when you don't.

Which Ones Are Worth Skipping?

  • Construction and development quests spend resources to earn resources. Doing the 1× versions is cheap; the 3× versions are a judgment call when you're short. See Running Out of Resources.
  • Equipment improvement spends improvement materials (screws), which are scarce early on. If you weren't going to improve anything, it can wait.
  • The AA gun discard quest uses 300 steel on top of the guns themselves.
  • Bd4 and Bd6 only appear on certain dates, so they're bonuses, not something to plan around.

FAQ

When do daily quests reset?

At 5:00 Japan time (JST). Claim completed quests before then or you may have to do them again. Exercise opponents refresh separately, at 3:00 and 15:00.

I did the battles but Bd3 didn't move.

The quest has to be accepted first — battles fought before accepting don't count. See Quest Not Completing?

Do losses count?

For Bd2 and Bd3, yes. Bd1 needs a win, and Bd7 needs a B rank or better at a boss.

Where do I find submarines for Bd8?

Maps with submarine nodes. Bring destroyers or light cruisers with sonar and depth charges.
