Why bauxite counts 3×. Fuel, ammo, and steel all regenerate on their own over time at similar rates; bauxite regenerates far slower, so a bauxite reward is worth more than the same number of any other resource. This 1:1:1:3 weighting (sometimes called a "GSweight") is the community-standard way to compare expeditions that give completely different resource mixes on an apples-to-apples basis.
